At Naija Food Carnival, we are committed to delivering an unforgettable experience for all attendees and vendors. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tickets and vendor registrations.

Ticket Refund Policy (Attendees)

General Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or missed attendance.

Tickets are transferable, and attendees who can no longer attend may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

Weather Conditions

The carnival will proceed rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to weather unless it results in a complete cancellation.

Vendor Refund Policy

General Terms

Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and registration is approved.

Vendors who cancel at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 13 days of the event are not eligible for any refund.

Force Majeure

In the case of event cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., national emergency, natural disaster, civil unrest), vendors may request a partial refund or opt to roll over their registration to the next carnival.

Vendor Replacement

If a vendor is unable to attend, they may nominate a replacement. This must be approved by the organizing team at least 5 days prior to the event.

Include your vendor name, proof of payment, and reason for withdrawal.

Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
